When and how will I be evaluated?

Evaluation at Acclaim is taken very seriously. One of the most important components of professional development is learning from previous experiences. As such, we offer continuous informal feedback, plus more formal feedback at the end of the year. All staff members are evaluated along a number of dimensions that are important to their development: analytics, conceptual ability, interpersonal skills, product knowledge, initiative, organization, communication skills, team goals and overall integrity.
