Elisa has over ten years of Energy Information Project Management experience. Her projects span facilities throughout the continental United States and Canada and include energy auditing, rate analysis, regulatory review, database systems design and development, report development, and the design and implementation of product features to keep up with the rapidly changing energy industry.

Early on Elisa recognized the need for, and spearheaded the development of, utility verification services as a viable service offering, first, via the Professional Services Departments associated with FASER and EnergyCAP software, through her own consulting firm, and in her current role with Acclaim (formerly LEGACY Energy Solutions).

Elisa has been published in industry journals, interviewed by The Wall Street Journal and on National Public Radio, and has spoken at numerous town hall meetings to encourage legislation for corporate accountability. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Resource Management from The Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. Her healthcare-specific experience includes extensive work for CHRISTUS Health, Hospital Partner Association of America and the VA Hospitals in Boston.
